What differences have you experienced, if I may ask?
Ever heard of the ‘Eureka moment’?
Archimedes found his groundbreaking principle in a dream. So did Einstein when imagining the theory of relativity.
Lucid dreaming gives you conscious access to these moments of brilliance.
Start with this:
• Keep a dream journal 📔 —write every detail as soon as you wake up.
• Practice reality checks during the day ✋(e.g., look at your hands and ask, ‘Am I dreaming?’).
Lucid dreaming is the ultimate creative hack. Imagine problem-solving while you sleep.
Would you want to learn how?

I can also highly recommend the work of my lucid dreaming teacher: Charlie Morley.
He has written many valuable books, including this one ⬇️

One of the most effective ways to become lucid in your dreams:
Create many moments of questioning your lucidity in your wakeful state.
Meaning, whenever slightly odd or surprising happens in your waking state, ask yourself “is this real?”
Do a reality check such as looking at your hand (which in dreams tends to warp) or trying to breathe through a pinched nose (possible in dreams).
Because by building a habit of doing this in your waking state, you’ll have a habit of questioning reality in your dream state, leading to lucidity 👏

Dream Journaling 101 ➡️
If you want to start using lucid dreaming to solve problems, the first step is mastering dream recall.
Keep a notebook by your bed and write down every dream as soon as you wake up—even if it’s just fragments.
Why? The more you remember your dreams, the easier it is to recognize patterns and gain control when you’re dreaming.
Start tonight. Your subconscious has more to say than you think.

There are many techniques for this, and a great place to start is liminal dreaming-exploring the states of hypnagogia and hypnopompia.
I will post about this but for a deep dive, I can highly recommend this book ⬇️

A great entry point is lucid dreaming, which anyone can learn with some discipline and persistence.
Happy to connect on the topic!
Nikola Tesla once said he could ‘dream up’ his inventions. He trained his mind to solve problems while sleeping, using lucid dreams to visualize solutions.
Want to try it? Here’s how:
• Write a problem or question you’re working on before bed. Keep it in your mind as you drift off.
• Record any dreams immediately after waking—they often hold answers.
Dreamwork and lucid dreaming aren’t just for imagination—these are tools for innovation. Imagine waking up with the answers you need.
Game-changer, right?
Any insomniacs out there? 🙋🏻♀️
Sleep and Dreams Coach over here, shyly stepping into this space.
Sensing all too well that social media as we know has gone far beyond an unhealthy direction, I would love to see what kinds of creative expression is possible here.
How I want to contribute here:
1. Sleep Health & Dreams
As an absolute geek on all things sleep and dreams, I have been helping people find consistently restful sleep, as well as dive deep into their unconscious through lucid dreaming.
More content on each coming soon 🔜
2. Poetry
The poetry I write normalizes vulnerability as a courageous act that helps us connect to each other in this otherwise disembodied world.
By sharing pieces of my inner world, I hope to entice parts of you to dare to be seen as well.
