The site rarely loads anything, even after multiple refreshes and loading more.

Yeah I tried loading more several times too but it doesnāt bring up anything. I was able to redeem the token although there was an error. Now, the wallet says 2100 sats but I noticed it says 0 sats next to the mint URL.
It could be a rate limit from attempting to redeem the token multiple times (cc nostr:nprofile1qqstxwlea9ah3u6kjjszu6a7lrnhqkfh8eptp2z6v0e9558tlkkl2rgpz4mhxue69uhhyetvv9ujuerpd46hxtnfduhsz9mhwden5te0wfjkccte9ec8y6tdv9kzumn9wshszxnhwden5te0wfjkccte9ekkjmnfvf5hguewvdshx6p07xr4s5), but I wouldn't think that likely. I would try to redeem it directly in nostr:nprofile1qqs2xugc5jyguqkj36rk0syv4tmnkjdtmtperttl7x9rqjy3ustdcvcppemhxue69uhkummn9ekx7mp0qy2hwumn8ghj7un9d3shjtnyv9kh2uewd9hj7qg6waehxw309aek2mnyd96zumn0wdnxcctjv5hxxmmd9uxa0uz8 instead if you can. It could also be that the token is in an outdated format (cashuA rather than cashuB), but I'm not sure how that's handled in 0xchat and cashumme.

I would redeem it in Shopstr but Iāve refreshed several times and the order still doesnāt show up. Do I need certain relay settings? I noticed I donāt have any Cashu wallet relays. Would that have an effect?

Thanks for the quick reply. I was using Nostur but it doesnāt support gift-wrapped DMs, hence the delay. I just logged into 0xChat and saw the message, but the redeem card is only rendered when the token is by itself. I manually copied the token and tried to redeem in both 0xChat and cashu.me without success.

Buyers can leave reviews on products they have purchased through the "orders" page (which can then be viewed on the product or merchant pages), with merchants getting the benefit of carrying their reputation across any client that supports it.
Buyers also now receive payment receipt messages to confirm payment delivery, and merchants can send shipping confirmation messages containing any necessary tracking links and delivery timelines to the buyer.
Old purchases unfortunately don't support leaving reviews, but as a merchant, you can send a shipping confirmation from your past payment messages, which would allow buyers to leave a review if they so desire!
Several bugfixes and message handling improvements have also been added.
