I think my brother had this exact same model. It was borrowing it from time to time but in the end I mostly hang on my cassette player until I got a very early MP3 (post iPod).
Robots and #AI are still far from taking our jobs and dominating the planet. 😆🤣🤣

I just join, waiting for approvals.
I'm looking to open channels to node used by merchants and users that pay with Bitcoin regularly. Not interested in routing only nodes and nodes from exchanges, especially big ones.
It's not PayPal, it's Paxos apparently.
Am I the only one filling answer from the mandatory recovery questions with random passwords from my password manager?
The trouble with supermarket self checkouts 🛒
https://www.spectator.co.uk/article/the-trouble-with-supermarket-self-checkouts/
You don't live in the right country for self check-out kiosk. In Switzerland it started st least 10 years ago. First with scanner that you clip on the shopping cart and scan as you add stuff to your bag, then you go to thr cashier, leave everything in the bags, pay and leave.
Then started to appear the kisok to pay what you scan with the scanner. And soon after the full self check-out kiosk at exit as you explain here. Except in Switzerland there is no complicated scale system. You just scan, pay and go. I guess Swiss are well too honest to cheat and even if some do cheat or honestly forgot to scan something, it's still less money lost that the cost of an extra employee which would earn at least 4000€/month and cost the shop even more with side cost, sick leave, materinity leave and taxes.
And even if we do have random control in thr beggining I don't remember when it happened last time, except for the age control for alcool, which I barely buy and one of the largest supermarket chain in the country is not selling any alcool or cigarette anyway, I can affirm I was not controlled for at least 2 years.
So experience is quite good for users, no queue, you scan as fast if not faster than an employee and you can sort stuff in you bag in the order and at the speed you want, not like stuff are crushing into esch other while you try to pack them as fast as possible, prepare your card and check what the kids are doing.
But for having suffer the kiosk with scale in other country, it's never again for me as well.
Egg on steak is the best. With french fries and rice it's even better.
Meanwhile, me in one of the most developped, still don't have FTTH at my home.
Never heard of it. It's like a Reddit on Nostr?

A place full of tourists most of the year.
It's one of the most beautiful view in the country, I shame that it took me so long to visit this in my owm country.
Is he giving a significant discount for Bitcoin payment? On one side merchants complains that they pay fee and get charge back with cards but on the other give no discount or even use third party for Bitcoin payments that charge 1-2% on user + have horrible exchange rate.
When I get no fee and no margin on exchange rate I always pay in BTC, but I still loose as I have fee for buying BTC and miss on 1% cashback on my card. 3 to 5% discount should motivate most people with bitcoins to pay in BTC.
#zapathon or
ZAP a TON!

I agree, it's so boring. Now I have to drive some to a theme park to enjoy some #rollercoaster.
I hope for some +100% until end of the year. We will see.

All privacy focus people know that. But try to convince millions of users of Telegram, Whatsapp, Discord, iMessage, WeChat, Line and whatnot to move to #SimpleX, #Briar, #Matrix and #Signal. After almost a decade I'm still fighting with some succes and some disapointemrnt.
Comment? Il y a du cashback? J'ai une carte de crédit avec 1% cashback (mais les commerçants raquent 3-4% ou plus, donc indirectement je paye plus cher pour ça) et une autre prepaid avec frais très bas à l'étranger.
