This super cool, I have always been facinated by mesh networking and mesh messaging but so far there was not an open protocol shared by many app and people, this might be a chance to get it used and useful.

This winter is barely better than last winter in Switzerland, we got one week of snow fall in December then almost nothing. Even at ski resort above 2000m high they use artificial snow and you see grass at some places below the chairlift.

I'm always wondering how people manage to break their phone. All the phones I had in my life are still running well. Except maybe one that was stolen in a house robbery, but maybe the thief is still using it, who knows.

Nokia 3210 and 7210, Sony Ericsson, a Windows Mobile HTC that is still starting but not really usable, OnePlus One on LineageOS, Xioami MiMix 2 ob Lineage OS, now Pixel 7. All working.

But my wife have a cemetry of Blackberry, iPhone smached to hell, iPad not starting, Macbook with damage space bar that cost 80% of a new price to repair.

It's one of the best if you want to be free to run any wallet on it. It's the prefered one if you run your own BTCPay Server for example or for LNBits. But you can also run WoS, SwissBitcoinPay, Poenix or Breez on it.

In Switzerland we removed the 1 cent coin about 20 years ago, in the end it was not accepted by most shops and cost 12 cents to produce as it was only produced in small quantities. But we still have the 5 cents, accepted in every shops but often refused by vending machines (most coin acceptors can train 6 type of coins, while we have 7 between 5CHF and 5 cents, the lower value coin is often dropped).

The 5 cents coin now cost more or less its face value to get produced, depending on metal cost variation.

At the time it was considered to drop the 5 cents as well but it was refused as the main concern would be that the basic stamp for a mail would increase from 85cents to 90 cents. We still have the 5 cents but the cheapest stamp increased 3 years ago from 85 to 90 and again from 90 to 1.00CHF last year. So now we could drop the 5 cents coin as we got rekt by the postal services anyway.

Time to go Italian style. Cash (+BTC) only, every pub will suddenly earn 99k or less. Problem solved.

For almost 30 years I wanted to visit this place. Still never been there but I have visited a lot of amazing theme parks around the world in the meantime, including 4 Disney (all outside US) and 2 Universals, so it's fine.

I still hope to go there one day, maybe a few years after Epic Universe opening.

If you think I'm wrong, right, sell your BTC and buy STRK. I'm not an expert but I don't believe in free money. Your might outperform BTC, at least for some time, but it will cost you more risk. Up to you to know if it worth it.

Yoz think you would get #Bitcoin with a yield. But Bitcoin doesn't have a yield, it doesn't pay dividend. Where this money will come from? At best, Saylor will be right with its bet and just need to sell a fraction of the bitcoins stack to pay shareholder off. But if BTC went down (even temporarly) they will have the option to pay the yield in $MSTR stock. So getting basically printing more share and dilluting every share holder (of $MSTR and indirectly $STRK).

I will be straight: this new product is borderline to a ponzi and at best it's just a huge levereaged product.

Don't buy $STRK, don't buy $MSTR. If I would have any, I would sell them and buy real, self-custody, bitcoins.

Of course, I'm just a rando person on nostr, DYOR. Maybe nothing bad will happen, and everyone will be happy but I would prefer to stay safe. I hope for the best for everyone.
