Despite the neural network architecture, LLMs don't operate like the human brain. They're just fancy curve fitting algorithms. They need to reason and understand things to help us discover new things. But how do you program understanding? How do human brains even understand?

Do you mean web of trust scores? Regardless you can make your own relay without these rules.

Just watched this: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=K-odGW6UyEw

There's screen shots of him confirming he sent the money to someone with the intention of having someone killed. Now it seems like he got scammed out of 1600 BTC and nobody was actually killed. And as you said, there was never actually a trial or any conclusions made on these claims. But to me, there's certainly some evidence suggesting he did hire someone for murder and idk if I agree Ross did nothing wrong.

Serious questions: didn't he hire people on multiple occasions to kill someone? If this is true, what is your outlook on Ross in that respect?

Yeah I don't get this angle where people believe he's a nazi and this is him secretely coding to the world. We don't need weird conspiracy theories to hate Elon Musk, he's done tonnes of other stuff to hate him already.

But there's evidence to support a beginning. There's no evidence to support infinite rebirths and multi verses. Those are only theories. There may not be a beginning, but at least there's evidence for it.

Ahhh but I mean what happens before the universe began is beyond the realm of science (at the present time). Religion and science are not two sides of the same coin.

I think we need to reframe self driving. As much as I can't argue with the fact that automation will be better than humans at driving eventually, I think we really ought to ask if a future with self driving cars as our main mode of transport is one we want. And for me, that answer is no. I think cities will become less walkable, more car oriented and more dangerous for cyclists than they are now. I think there will be more cars on the road than now because instead of parking, your driverless car is supposed to go around making you money. Road noise will never end. And driverless car owners, companies will push to have dedicated roads with fences around them to prevent pedestrians from interfering with their tasks. It'll be sold under the guise of keeping us safe but its really about control. All that to say, more trains and fewer cars is the way.
