This is just sad. Everything I sowed either didn’t come up or sprouted and died. I just have a lone cucumber plant that probably won’t have enough time to produce before the cold sets in.

It happens...could be the seeds, could be the soil, could be, could be, could be...unfortunately.
Some many variables. Have you grown anything in that bed previously?
Sometimes a little organic matter amd a tarp until next year can make a huge difference.
Parasite load hasnt been bad?
Thats been my concern with bringing them back before 90 days.
Nice. Saw that hatch and hinges and I figured that.
Might try this a-frame design for my next one. I overbuilt the cattle panel one I am using now.
Keep posting the updates. 👍
Wow. Did you do the metal work as well?
Any plans to sell them?
Took me a second but I found the episode briefly mentioned near the tail end of this one. Apparently Podcast Addict only lets me go back 2 years.
I believe John referenced the episode and it was worth going back and finding it.
After a few minutes I realized that I had listened to this one way back when but it was worth a second take.
Great episode, great story, lots of value...

Ah yes, the cattle panel corral and chute! I do somethig similar here.
How much rest do you give a pasture before returning the flock up there?

Inflation & Interest: The Heat-Humidity Parallel - Epi-3369
Today we discuss the parallels between the age-old adage “it’s not the heat, it’s the humidity” and the current economic challenges of inflation and interest rates. We dive deep into the concept of “downward class migration” and explore strategies to navigate this shifting economic landscape.
Whew...this one got a little dark there for a bit!
Another good one.

I don't normally like to toot my own horn but this is a milestone for me. The week of Thanksgiving last year I stepped on the scale and it read almost 380 pounds. It was a smack in the face for me and I realized I needed to do something to make sure I am around for my family as long as possible.
I've been eating keto and exercising since then and this weekend was the first time in over a decade that the scale has read below 300 pounds for me. I still have a long way to go but I'm on the way.
I've also included a pic of my most recent labs for those that might wonder what eating mostly fat for 9 months will do to your lipids.
(Yes I know I need a pedicure)

Thanks to the encouragement of the keto lifestyle from people such as nostr:npub15879mltlln6k8jy32k6xvagmtqx3zhsndchcey8gjyectwldk88sq5kv0n and nostr:npub1u2vu695j5wfnxsxpwpth2jnzwxx5fat7vc63eth07dez9arnrezsdeafsv

Awesome job!
Keep grinding away. The reward is the process as much as it is the end result.
Dont worry about the pedicure, maybe post that to #footstr !
Let us know how that works out for you! https://image.nostr.build/608d2475d267986decb7541d46f4dc423e9340e4fc5fbbad558c430f1d40f55e.webp
Only two spots that I am worried about. Sheep havent busted it out in a few years...probably due for an escape attempt though.
Very wise.
I dont denounce success. I thought I remembered reading something about Duck Duck Go not being as private as they claimed...the commercial came shortly after so I figured it was true.
DDG is still not selling info or anything nefarious?
Hoping for the best with no perimeter fence yet.
First time on new ground...magical.

Pictures always look better...its going to take some work to get that grass up to par.
I felt like Duck Duck Go was no bueno when I saw that they had a tv commercial.
I have been using Brave but occasionally I jump over to Google to search for a news article. For whatever reason Brave doesnt seem to give me the same quality results for news links.
Damn...more science.
I have juat been burying food scraps in next years garden. I envy the composters of the world.
The closest I have come is just making a pile with woodchips and food waste and letting it sit for a year.
Hoping for the best with no perimeter fence yet.
