But also having thought about I don't know if nostr is really supposed to replace social media, I think we've been looking at it wrong. What it does do is funnel all of the like-minded people that have Bitcoin as an ethos into one communications platform.

I was thinking about this the other day. How can a user have more than? Let's say to be generous 10000 followers. When we only have anywhere from 4 to 5000 active users on nostr. Seems off. Do we really have that many tourists or are these people just paying for followers?

I swapped X ounces of silver at 40 dollars for gold a while back. I keep thinking I should have waited. But I stacked most of that silver when it was 16 dollars an ounce, so its not like I wasn't in profit. It still stings a little to have not timed it right. I didnt do any TA on precious metals then, or now for that matter.
I dont really value metals, but other people do. So in a way, I am forced to.

Tom's were previously known as alpargatas, from Argentina. Its a slip in canvas shoe/loafer. Used to cost .25 cents a pair and now they are $50. Because Tom's saw an untapped market and tied a cause to the product, gifting a pair of "toms" for every purchase to someone in need; or something like that.
