It was a wild couple days. I had a rabbit uprising and escape from the rabbit tractor. All bunnies were recovered… unfortunately one was technically caught by the dogs.

It’s a lost skill for sure. It’s before my time as well but mental fencing always looks like great fun in old books.
I like the texture of animal fat salves over olive oil/ coconut oil salves. My hands feel great after I render lard.
Looking good! Even if it’s kid size be sure to include a human size door. I regret that every time I have to dive into my chicken tractors with small doors.
Fire haze does make for some good photos. I don’t know if it’s worth the nose gunk that comes with it.

If you feel like conquering a volcano hike I suggest Izalco or Coatepeque both are really good hikes. Renting a beach house is a great way to spend a day as well. There are some lesser pyramids if you feel like seeing some 1491 stuff too.
The buns got to chill outside today while I clean their house out. The dogs were way too excited for the new thing.

My father bought the kit and built it for his retirement project. Outside of stretching the liner it wasn’t too bad.
Freedom is just like anything else. You only value it if you earn it for yourself. The white pill in all of this is humans do have a great impulse to aspire for more, so even if generations piss away their freedom the spirit to be more; to be free is only one generation away.
After 1500 miles and one blowout later the replacement rim for my e-bike arrived today. If you are in the market for an e-bike you should consider LEctric bikes. The bike is durable and their support is excellent. It only too two emails to get my replacement rim shipped out. They were even gracious enough to replace it at no cost after I showed them the damage.

Garden update: it appears most items survived their transplant. Sweet peas are off to the races. Potatoes are trucking along and should be ready for another layer of dirt soon. After 3 separate failures I finally have peanut sprouts!

An evening of metal. It’s been a while since I’ve been to a show, fun times indeed. A very eclectic crowd from old heads to younggins. Quite a few goblins too. Screaming vocals aside the skill to play any instrument with that speed and intensity is impressive.

#[1] You can add cold hearty (cold for central Ohio) to your pepper’s super powers. I gave one to a friend and it sprouted back up this year. 
Finished out the weekend flipping compost. Some of the bottom layers are very much dirt. I can’t wait to apply it this fall.
