We've been working on a new project for some different friends from church. They had hired a different electrician and he just stopped showing up about a year ago so my husband stepped in to help them get their project completed. This is how he found the subpanel and how he finished it.
The original electrician also created too many circuts for the subpanel he installed. My husband corrected the issue by using some special breakers that are designed for this kind of issue, saving our friends from having to purchase another subpanel.
It's actually a really good thing, means your soil is living and pretty healthy!
Lavender definitely loves dry areas! The farm we went to has 35,000 plants and there are a few more lavender farms in our area.
It does love dry but not too cold, some of Montana is perfect but a good portion of Montana is too cold. Most lavender only likes growing down to USDA zone 5/6, the most cold hardy are only down to zone 4, but that's only a handful of types.
We've done some but only ever in dry locations. Only ever lived on rhe west coast of the US so pretty much just desert. But hey we may know!

Picked up a couple of little lavender plants today at a local lavender farm that was having a wine and bloom festival. We were definitely not their clientele, we got the strangest look when we said we weren't there for the wine and I just wanted plants! Apparently we're not bougie enough! 🤣😂 oh well, but at least I have locally grown lavender plants that I can just put in our native soil and grow! Now to grow, propagate and sell to locals.

It's crazy low, I actually enjoy watching the weather and the only other time I've seen humidity this low was in the middle of winter in Northern Nevada. It created perfect snow making conditions and they ran the snow machines all day to stack snow since snow levels were low that year.

Well, this should be an interesting day. Calm right now but winds will pick up (which is normal and not bad today) but the humidity is the crazy part, 4% this afternoon. Might need to water the garden twice today between the winds and low humidity. At least our high is only 87 today. Let's hope people pay attention today and don't do any burning.

I'm super excited to see these! I have first year Egyptian Walking Onions and can't wait for them to become established. They've just started bulbing up top.
He's a pretty cool little kitten, he was in there with us building and he wasn't scared of the construction noise at all, just wanted to run around and play most of the time.
The lab fell asleep on my ankle while I was talking with my mom on the phone, he did not want to move.

While I was helping friends install insulation on their ceiling, one of their 10 week kittens decided to climb up the ladder and sit in my lap while I waited. I'm on a 17ft ladder and he climbed it like nothing, then curled up and started to fall asleep in my lap before I finally hand him back to her.
