Ahh, but it's not because I have a fully signed commitment by both parties that I can broadcast at any time. That ser, is not credit. No permission is required. It may not be what some consider a trad utxo but credit is absolutely NOT the right word as no one owes anyone anything. Both parties have equal sovereignty in the relationship.

Could be something in how the particular wallet is handling the post event to your webserver. I sent you 21 sats from Zeus (my noad) just fine but my WoS tester wallet gives an invoice decode fail.
I haven't counted but a lot of talk recently that many relays were starting to go dark. Even paid for ones.
Then if they still think it's OK and we've gotten past that, have them look up the current CEO of Fortress's prior employment.
I felt the same way Uncle Fishcake when I saw relays that were previously working start erroring on me. I felt like soon it would be nothing but paid and a couple of overworked free ones. So I spun up my own on altruistic relay on a dedicated, as in it's the only thing it's doing, server as a contribution to Nostr.
The relay is easy but I can't explain for Damus, I'm on Amethyst. Wherever your relays are, probably in the profile, just pop in wss://nostr.sathoarder.com
