I don't buy the "clay feet" argument. Everyone claimed Russia was overstretched and heading for collapse just days or max weeks after the invasion began—yet here we are.

Russia doesn't need massive military power to destabilize Europe. It simply needs to amplify the already present tensions and divisions. How difficult is it to still push the Green Deal? Or remind second-generation immigrants in France about Libya and Mali? Or convince eastern Germans they're second-class citizens, unfairly sidelined as AfD remains isolated behind a cordon sanitaire? How much does the UK need to implode on its own?

Once internal turmoil consumes Europe, who will have attention or energy left for the Baltics? Who will listen to Poland's concerns or watch election results in Slovakia?

Unless the EU drastically changes course—something I don't foresee—I believe it's doomed to endless meetings, empty resolutions, bureaucracy, and economic stagnation or worse.

But to suggest we would be better under Russian influence is utterly absurd. After all, how well did that work out the last time we were within Russia's sphere of influence?

I don't think russia can get hands on lot of ukranian know how. People who have that knowhow run into europe or they will fight. If russian get to piss on tree in west ukraine, he will die. They maybe get controll over ukraine in couple of decades. but russia probably kolapse before it.

I just had my first "literally in your face" customer. A customer had gotten some hit food and a drink. It wasn't bagged so I asked him to see his receipt. He refused. I noted his description and the time on the form like I'm supposed to.

He came back in a while later and started demanding that I check the cameras to confirm that he hadn't stolen anything. I flatly refused simply saying "No," and then turning back to my actual job. I guess that he didn't care for my dismissal and stepped in front of me to start complaining again, insisting that I check the cameras. I explained that's not my job, and that I am here to check people's receipts if they have unbagged merchandise. Then he insisted that this was the only store in Maine that is doing that (it may actually be 🤷‍♂️) to which I replied that he was free to not shop at Walmart. This seemed to tweak him even more, and he then got right in my face (mind you, with a mask on) and said "I hope you get sick. I'm sick." Oh, how right you are, sir. (I didn't say that) I don't remember exactly what I said, but he called me a "fucking moron." At this point I realized he rally wasn't leaving until he got a reaction so.... I agreed with him. 🤣🤣🤣 He was confused for a second then pressed on then I interrupted him and said, "You're arguing with a moron. What does that make you?" 😂🤣😂🤣😂🤣😂

He ended the conversation shortly after that by walking off. I'll consider this my win. 😁

I've read about xylitol, too. The issue is that most products that have it are also loaded with all sorts of other BS.

I've read about some older methods of tooth care that involved fuzzing up the ends of sticks. A tooth brush is much more convenient... 😁

What do you use for toof brushes? This really bothers me. I've seen wood handled tooth brushes, but from the few I've seen, the bristles are still plastic.
