Plenty of very cheap refurbished laptops on the market more than capable of making a reliable node. Buy it without the garbage windows refurb license and install your favorite Linux distro.

I’ve been thinking about the same thing. Maybe it could be implemented in a way that frequency could be set per public key you are tracking. If they post more than that frequency it just collapses them into one post displayed to the user. Would have a little number on the corner of the post indicating your configured frequency threshold and how many posts are collapsed. This feature would work great for some of the meme accounts my client tracks.
