I have an extreme level of personal accountability/responsibility/ownership.

I do not believe things that happen to me are the result of others actions, but of my own actions.

I do not believe others are responsible for or to me.

I am wholly responsible for myself.

Nothing negative that ever happened to me (even in childhood) was the result of someone else’s plan, but always of my own design.

I’m running out of choices where to move. Seems like Europe is in total chaos and have draconian law against freedom. So minus Madeira or Switzerland! Middle East is on the brink of war. Minus Dubai! LATAM is too far and not developed well. The struggle is real !

P.S. Lately I lost sense of motivation and can't put myself together 🤷‍♂️

I usually feel awful after flying long distances. Some people travel well, and that’s not really me.

I usually can’t sleep much on a plane, even in business class, so I forcibly skip a whole night of sleep basically, and end up with a headache and full body aches.

Over the years I’ve picked up some techniques to minimize it, but clearly not enough (travel for me used to be “hellish” and now it’s much improved to just “awful”).

What do ya’ll do to minimize the negative impact when traveling?

Ignore the hedonists.

Counting calories: good.

Just a gentle reminder to check in on your strong friend, your busy friend, your perpetually cheerful friend, or your 'seems to handle everything well' friend. They too, need a refill of love and support from time to time.

I've always been that friend, steadfast through life's ups and downs. However, bidding farewell to my beautiful girl 🐾🪽 shattered not only my happiness but also my resilience. A stark reminder that from time to time even the happiest of people can be down.

Thank you to all that have checked in on me, whether publicly or via direct messages. 🙏 I still find myself grappling with a depth of pain and emptiness I have never experienced. Until now, I never knew how helpful those simple words 'I understand your pain' could be, they carry a weight I never comprehended until now.
