That guy is such a knucklehead - his main credential is that he used to be an establishment pawn ♟️

Tim has such bad takes on Bitcoin that it makes me question everything he has to say about anything else 🤦🏻‍♂️

wait until the CIA find out about this. tomorrow, during normal business hours.

Tucker Carlson?

You’re so friggin’ incisive it’s silly.

Tucker is such a human boat shoe.

The CIA created Bitcoin as an op against the American Central Bank? That's not how the CIA works.

The CIA created Tucker Carlson. Few.

Add *Uses and promotes* this feels undeniable

seems highly likely. He didnt get the job, but he got the job. Ya feel me

Err I think you’ll find that’s many…

It's a joke, although the average viewing age of fox news was ~70 and I doubt many viewed him that way.

Ok... you spelt phew wrong then.

To Tucker's credit at least, I'll say that his opinion that the CIA created bitcoin seems to be a consistent view of his rather than for engagement.

I had a group dinner with Tucker in 2021 and talked to him person-to-person (don't ask; it just kind of came into place) and he said basically the same thing in that setting. He also asked technical details about how bitcoin could avoid capture, and was genuinely interested.

The more interesting question might be why the CIA wants people to think it is Satoshi, at least for a period of time? 👀

Well the DOD created the ARPANET and the NSA created SHA256, so I guess, who cares?

But real dudes created PGP and asymmetric cryptography

That is one of many concerns around who is Satoshi? Because as BTC grows in market share and adoption. The “conspiracy theories” around Satoshi will only grow. I think it hinder nations from adoption BTC. Nations could be under the impression that it’s misdirection from some 3 letter agency globally.

Many investors and institutions investing in things that do not understand. But when the collective population has a certain level of confidence in a company or product. Investors are not as hesitant to invest because the overall market believes in the product or company. But, when you do not knowing the origins of a commodity I think there is more uncertainty on whether to invest today.

The question today is if it came out that with great certainty that it was indeed a 3 letter agency. Would the public sentiment change on investing in BTC. In the short term, I think the price would drop but would it change investor behavior not to invest in BTC in the long run?

It sort of makes sense because Bitcoin often causes people to become apathetic about politics and wider society.

Tim Pool can't hold a consistent view on anything at unless it's spoonfed into his mouth by whichever daddy happens to be his favourite that week.

Slay our hero's

US Naval Intelligence is more likely (see: Tor)

The guy is a fucking retard

Thanks for the discount

Not to defend Tim Pool or anything, but he likes to shit post on twitter.

If I'm not mistaken he holds some bitcoin.

Tim pool is quite retarded. Famous incel.

Look, it's Justin Trudeau speaking! 😂

Japan has 50,899 CIA agents

If the CIA did invent Bitcoin, it would be the only good they’ve provided for humanity in the past 77yrs

🤣 At your first response "... You know it was created by an agency known for its secrecy because it put its name on it?" 🤣🤣🤣 Masterful trolling 😎

Humanity needs to work on rewarding critical thinking again or we may lose civilization

All claims, no evidence.

When a new thing emerges, ignorance and fear are the most obvious characteristics of those manipulated by public opinion.

It doesn't matter who created it at this point.

Anyone who doubts that Bitcoin was created by the CIA should look at the correspondence between Martti Malmi and Bitcoin creator Satoshi Nakamoto.

https://mmalmi.github.io/satoshi/

The most you could say here is that the CIA discovered the idea. The community build it out into what it is today. Are you saying the entire bitcoin community contributors are all part of the CIA?

What should one find there that confirms or rejects the idea that it was?

Satoshi = Wisdom, Nakamoto = Unified Field. So, it's "Wisdom from the unified field".

That's one interpretation, but in reality, it is, in fact, "Intelligence from a central origin". I may not know Japanese that much, but even the CIA tracks it very well. It doesn't mean we can circumvent that nonsense though.

We will probably never know who really created it. What is striking, however, is that the inventor or inventors understood the concept of the Akashic Records and translated it into the third dimension in the form of a blockchain.

There is a recent Peter Thiel interview in which he is asked about the future of bitcoin and he expresses how one of its original objectives re privacy he is now skeptical of because people at the CIA tell him it’s easy to track. I agree with you Lyn, but it’s part of the FUD out there. I’ll see if I can find the clip.

Besides which, all I have to do is print off a wallet and hand it to you and no one is going to be able to trace that #payment, not ever. We give up #privacy because we want the convenience of using our phones, and even #btc won't change human nature.

rumor has it the FBI created the CIA to create the CFTC so the CIA could create a form of money that ultimately the executive branch can control via the DOJ. 🕵️

you done got em good lyn!

Nakamoto Satoshi to my knowledge never wrote his name in Japanese. Hence his last name could be 中本 or 中元. Both legitimate ways to write it. His first name could be 聡, 敏史, 哲史, etc.

Find a list of possible names pronunced Satoshi here:

https://namedic.jp/names/yomi/m/%E3%81%95%E3%81%A8%E3%81%97

If Nakamoto Satoshi himself didn't write his name, then writing it 聡 is based on pure belief. And Chat GPT has only access to the widespread beliefs on Internet as far as I am aware of.

Tims Twitter is just him trolling and ragebaiting. His yt channel is were his ignorant beliefs actually are.

And if they did, they'd regret it by now.
