It’s a decentralised network but maybe more similar to Lens or Bluesky.

This is pretty nice dashboard about the Farcaster network: https://farcaster.network/

Only +900 users that have posted >100 times.

I agree. But I think we need a filesystem-like API for writing path-value pairs and listing directories. Something like gundb https://github.com/amark/gun#quickstart

Nostr is not going to work as a universal data layer if every list (directory) update overwrites the previous list and every new application needs to define its own event kinds that relays may need to integrate.

Would this help?

There's so many great things coming up on nostr 🤙

De La Soul and some other artists did not put their content available on streaming services for years if not decades.

If you leave it available others may use it to monetise.

Could increase your clout but also may make you obsolete 🤷‍♂️

Paulo Coelho seeded his books’ torrents to make them more widely available and it drove larger revenues.

All the existing content on public Internet can be used to train someone's LLM and monetise it. In the case you linked, she had 2000 hours of Youtube videos that went offline.

Is it a copyright infringement if somebody monetises your content and provides answers based on that content? Image / visual art AI cases are still unclear.

I cannot help but to think that a lot of the creator content is going offline soon.

You don’t want others to monetise your content by letting them to create customised AI bots (text, animation, video, voice or whatever format).

Creators will pull the content offline to offer a customsed bot that is subs or pay-per-unit (minute/query etc) based.

I'm using iPad Pro (M1) the most. M1 Air is good, too.

Depends what you use it for though.

30 days is nuts

They have removed the support (or it was never there). Not sure why. It does not make the UX better if you need to add nostr: to every noteid. If you copy the noteid from Damus it comes without the nostr: so you have to manually add it.

But indeed. It flies now. Previously it was so hard to use due to slowness.

Donations help? 😁
