I love opossums. I had one visit my house from time to time, he or she would climb through my doggie door and get up on my cat’s table of food and eat, and then let himself back out. At first I was horrified but as time went on I let it do its thing. They are actually quite clean. Now this one was young and kind of Mickey Mouse cute. I’ve seen much larger gnarly ones that I would not have been so amenable to.

Lost a friend of 30 years yesterday because I put my foot down and wouldn’t let her abuse me while she was using me. She got so nasty on the way out spewing the most toxic disgusting thoughts she was harboring inside of her. She was a bottomless pit of victimhood and neediness that I put up with for too long (my fault) and after helping her immensely for many years she turned on me in a way that I shall not be forgetting. Good riddance.
