I thrive in incomprehensibility.

"I have never been right about ANYTHING having to do with bitcoin. I was wrong again today. Bitcoin people don't like government. I bet they'll get pissy if I tell them Bitcoin is only successful because of government. It's childish and idiotic, but what else do I have?" -honest peter schiff

#PeterWho?

Ken, I recall you talking with Jack Spirko on one occasion and you mentioned that a very small percentage of seed oil is a problem. Meaning if you almost always get good animal fat oils but more than 1% of your intake is seed oil you still have the negative effects.

My son said something similar recently, but his version almost sounded like 'there's no point trying'. Do you have any videos or anything that discuss this more? It's something I'd like to understand as fully as I can...

Spent the evening with my wife and grandkids, we had a wonderful dinner, trimmed the tree and watched Carlie Brown Christmas with them for the first time. Life couldn't be better.

BTW, what'd bitcoin do today? 😛

Finally got my nostr:npub1getal6ykt05fsz5nqu4uld09nfj3y3qxmv8crys4aeut53unfvlqr80nfm hub setup on nostr:npub126ntw5mnermmj0znhjhgdk8lh2af72sm8qfzq48umdlnhaj9kuns3le9ll. Super simple to do, no need for LND (which I'm guessing made it a lot simpler!).

Ahh, the bliss... to zap and be zapped!

I was told by a 'third party' that Swan was trying to buy fortress, and apparently when it fell through fortress decided to be dicks.

Seems like Swan was trying to avoid this kind of problems with the acquisition but couldn't make it happen.

Also, the old 'legacy accounts' possibly linked to fortress as well, were 'ending' on Dec1, so his particular problem may be related to that as well.

Reminded me of a great quote from Walt Simonson: "The essence of a good story is to bind the reader with a spell broken only at the story's conclusion, and perhaps not even then." -Walt Simonson

So wait, a guy who make money every time someone changes one 'crypto' for another, is suggesting that we need lots of different 'cryptos' for the internet of money to work?

I'm guessing he meant 'open to whoever pays us to view your private business and information'?

This is why I love nostr:npub1cn4t4cd78nm900qc2hhqte5aa8c9njm6qkfzw95tszufwcwtcnsq7g3vle, because I AM that 4th grader, and he ALWAYS explains these things in a way I can understand!

Thanks Jack!

I'm just glad that we can finally talk about Fold without the 'real bitcoiners' making fun of us!

Been using fold for two years now, but still have my costco citi card. I get whatever % back from them in cash at the end of the year, and pay the citi bill each month (in full) via the fold card, and get another .5% on that.

I do all my amazon purchases via gift card now as well, which those you get 2.25% on from Fold. Other bills get paid via fold as well at .5% . Not as lucrative as it was 2 years ago, but it's still free money. Actually, way better than money.

Fuck you amazon and your bullshit spyware tablet.

Make sure you buy the right BP cuff, Dr Berry has a link on the video notes.

I'd previously just bought one that was 'well reviewed' and unfortunately it was before I was using FakeSpot...

I had a recent spike in my BP (one way or another) checked as high as 172/102 and so I saw my doctor. I checked out OK then so he suggested when I come back for my annual (a week and a half later) that I bring my cuff to calibrate / compare. Glad I did, we checked my BP on my cuff, and it was 155/108, then immediately checked it on his and it was 138/88. Glad to find, and will likely be replacing my cuff!

The thing I find most fascinating is that 10 years ago commercial real-estate was apparently the thing to hold. Now they want bitcoin attached to mitigate the risk of commercial real-estate. 🐂🐂🐂
