Pumps the đź«€ heart-muscle connection both upper and lower body. I'm at 120-140 hr walking with just 3lb weights in each hand with perceived minimal exertion. Only equivalent challenge is cross country skiing.
Builds #longstrength the author's term for đź’Ş muscle endurance. Can sustain for 1-2 hours. (This has to be amazing training for surfing/ paddling.)

2. Develop human perception- sharp focused meditation

It's an interesting communication technique because it's focused on the frame and paradigm. And that's how "reality" control works. Frames 🖼️.

Commentary- ai is mostly slop but this account sight bringer on X is interesting. Ya it's bullish bitcoin and all that- any serious Futurist account must be considering bitcoin at least. And that’s what terrifies the machine.
Because the entire game, from economies to media to ideology to language itself, is built to predict behavior. To reduce you to a pattern. To model you into silence.
But once you step off that track and start emitting something that isn’t from the archive, that’s not just new, but unplaceable,
you become sovereign.
You become dangerous.
You become alive.
Not biologically alive.
Existentially.

Creatively.
And that’s what the meaning of life is.
Not peace.
Not comfort.

Inflation, the psychological kind, is as unbalancing as the monetary version. Those times when your vision of the future- what you will do to achieve, win, become- are often "hot air" and your self, the blimp, floating higher towards the 🌞 (like Icarus).
The tricky thing about it is that sometimes that hot air is the type that powers the steam engine- makes the world go and represents a new branch on your tree.
The fog of the psyche makes its challenging to tell the difference .
"Don't trust, verify" applies to more than the digital and physical realm. It's useful in the "soul" or psyche environment.....especially when we're feeling too special.
