What's with these egg memes? What do they even mean?

How do you know what's most popular? Are there stats on client usage?

I like the PoW idea. I'm surprised more clients don't implement it (I'm only aware of no strudel), and more relays don't require it.

I think you and the community should think about governance. I don't have the answers, I don't know how to do it correctly, but I know that people smarter than me could have ideas. As more people come into this space, without governance, there's going to be trouble. Consider other FOSS projects, other decentralized projects, and how they do it.

If you're hoping to have an impact on the world, you should be trying to win.

In my mind, that means that incentives need to be aligned. What are the incentives for the devs? Without understanding this, long term success is not possible.

That could be a great addition once nostr is already big. The priority, in my opinion, should be to #growNostr . Relays on phones does not do that.

How do we improve incentives for nostr devs?

Can't you see them? Ask at least some of them to turn the camera on.

The tech is here. The issue is network effect. We need to pick a reddit community and convince all of them to move to nostr all at once.
