BITCOIN UP 400% SINCE I WENT ALL CAPS.

I apparently got poison ivy all around my eyes and nose this weekend. I was burning some of it on Friday and thought maybe I inhaled it--i was wearing gloves, so 🤷. Started feeling the effects a little on Saturday. Sunday evening I wanted to take a belt sander to my face.

I initially applied cortisone to relieve the itching, but washed that off and sat for half an hour with my red light therapy device on my face. Same thing yesterday morning and evening, about a half hour each time. I did it again this morning and plan to continue the two a day sessions until resolved. The rash is barely noticeable, I've experienced minimal itching, and while there's still minor swelling I can barely tell it happened.

I don't get poison ivy very bad, but this is the worst I've had since I can remember. I didn't read about red light therapy as a treatment anywhere, but figured I'd give it a shot and have been pleasantly surprised with the results thus far.
