Yes but it is no good if the majority of others in your mixes are not using it. You will stand out through process if elimination in a theoretical possible situation.
If your xpub is not tied to your identity in the first place does it matter?
Worst case is what you said about reducing your anonymity set with those not running dojo. But every remix you do reduces the effect of this because you're also remixing with other dojo users. It gets messy fast.
Remixing is free so I don't know why you wouldn't. Ignoring my oldest, the most recent are 40+ remixes deep. Goodluck using process of elimination to track thru that even in a worst case scenario.

I like the unified balance and the ability to scan any type of QR without having to navigate to the appropriate type of wallet. It's just to have $50-$100 in for day to day.

I really liked Muun but find Phoenix better. It’s just as simple and has all the functionality you need for nostr etc. Wallet of Satoshi might be better than both once user has gained a bit of experience. Just my 2 sats. Cheers!

I have and it's great! Main issue is reliability with the tor connection. Waiting for additional options for it to become more regularly used by me.
Why can't you connect over clearnet to your own node?
Not many reasons to be concerned with that, can keep your node bind addresses Tor-only (as I assume you're doing now) and expose something like C-Lightning-REST over clearnet, Tailscale, ZeroTier, or VPN w/ port forward.
Zeus works immaculately over clearnet with your own node.
So... you're saying that you leave LND bind to 127.0.0.1:9050 (or whatever Tor port) and then have an additional service on clearnet? I always thought I was connecting to the same Tor port when using Zeus.
I don't use LND, but IIRC the RPC port you connect Zeus to is different from the p2p port where LN comms happen between your node and others.
Ok. I'll take a closer look. If I remember correctly though, Core Lightning has two services (one for the node, one for REST) and I don't recall seeing two on LND. Hopefully someone can correct me.

Not sure if you already know, if you use BraiinsOS, you can squeeze more hash from the s9 or undreclock it down to about 6 Th/s and keep it almost completely quiet. The power supply fan becomes the noisiest thing. In that case, change it or undervolt. Great fun project.

How noisy are they really? I've had a 5inch duct fan and could only turn it to very lowest setting around 50db. Was like a plane taking off
What are the very lowest settings? If I push the boards down to 8V & 300MHz, the fans are at 1% (set min to 75C). This does about 6Th/s.
The noisiest part is the power supply fan. Easy fix is to replace for something slower or reduce the voltage, powering the fan - !!!BEFORE YOU DO THAT, MAKE SURE THE SUPPLY DOESN'T NEED THAT MUCH OF COOLING!!!
Are you aware of any resources to share with low tech family. Seems easiest way for them to participate is buying from an exchange but they get lost when it comes to self custody.

I DO love Robosats. That said, my preferred method of receiving is still on-chain to mix then to cold storage. I have an established relationship with a seller on HH and everything is super streamlined with that flow. I don't need to buy often (I earn BTC) but when I do, it's simple for me to jump on HH and execute a buy.

Don't think people like Muun over Zeus, some aren't that much into the technical side to run their own Node and some of those who can, don't want to pass the hassle of managing channels, rebalancing, etc.
I still have reliability issues with the connectivity on Zeus. Great interface, beautiful when it works, but it's not as reliable as I need it to be for my use case (which is day-to-day low value txs of $50 or less)
As soon as Zeus connection is something other than tor, it'll likely be my preferred method.

Highly recommend setting up a a free hosted controller and playing around with it. I've been using ZT as a solution for a few years now. Can't say enough about it.

They're both fantastic. I don't often need to buy BTC because I earn it, but I've got a trusted buyer on HH and it's super streamlined with my preferred payment method. I also like getting it direct on-chain to my sparrow for mixing, then cold storage (instead of on lightning)
You are too advanced. I use Trezor as my cold wallet but working on a project to install Umbrel in Ubuntu in a Thinkcentre mini PC. I want to connect my Trezor to it. Also I would like to install a keet.io relay to chat with family and friends. Next I would like to learn more about the LN to setup a LN node. And of course I want implement a nostr relay. I will be entertained for a while as I'm not that computer savvy.
you are far move advanced. you have a non proprietary hard wallet. Lightyears ahead of most of these grasshoppers out there! I would never trust a hardware wallet that has their designs secret. Although cold card has open source software, its hardware is copy protected and closed source. Trezor is fully open source hardware, firmware and you can use it with open source software wallets like Sparrow. You can literally print a trezor on your own if you have a 3d printer. The choice is clear for me. I dont trust anything that operates in secrecy without transparency.

I have been using Zeus LN for sending/receiving sats on-chain or with lightning and it's has more than lived up to my expectations. The ability to check all payment routing and all channel liquidities anywhere I am right on my phone has been amazing.
Agree 100% with Sparrow and Coldcard as well.
