My proof is having a cold in january 2020 after my daughter had the cold in december 2019. She was in hospital, near death, on respirators. I was near death, same strange symptoms: extremeties unusually cold, severe and acute fatigue, inability to warm up no matter how many blankets (hydrotherapy was the only solution), arhythmia, "dry lung", severe headache behind the eyes, swollen and sore occipital lymphs, seborrheic dermatitis. We had these symptoms with each variant, my entire family of 9. The first time we didn't even know covid existed so it wasnt psychosomatic or parasympathatic or psychogenic. You may not believe we had an engineered epidemic, but that doesen't change my observations of a novel virus.

You missed the part about what confirmation bias means. I had it long before, at least 4 months, they even published the symptoms. Don't feed me the "you're a conspiracy theorist" bullshit. If you say there was no covid, then you have to say there are no other viruses and maybe its all EMI and RF and viruses are all made up because "this one piece of test equipment doesen't work as well as they claim". The fact is, they waited for it to fully spread across the entire world before their "two weeks to slow the spread" just to make sure the virus had no opposition by keeping everyone out of the sunlight. Did I say that? I had what they call covid. It behaved like what they call a virus. Did I claim to know what it looked under an electron microscope? I don't doubt that you got sick, and that your symptoms loosely matched the constellation of symptoms described as Covid.
But the question, in your case and every other, is what caused the illness?
Some sort of microbial parasite smaller than a bacteria (and not observable with a light-based microscope) causing the illness is a hypothesis (not a theory, and certainly not an observation). However there is no scientific evidence to support this hypothesis.
Unless some evidence emerges to support the hypothesis, we should consider alternatives. Perhaps your family was poisoned via your food, water or air. Perhaps you were all exposed to some sort of radiation. Perhaps your family was all deficient in some nutrient (eg seasonal deficiency of Vitamin D due to low sun exposure).
