What usually happens to get bs like this passed is a proposal has huge amendment slapped on hours before voting so no one has the time to read it.
It sucks for those who get their Monero seized, but it's better for the rest of us because that just decreases inflation even more and makes our Monero more valuable. Also, even if they seized my flash drive, my seed for my wallet is in my key pass database file, which I'm the only one who knows the password and it's not written down. Oh yeah, its quite long too, so best of luck.

You only have to be *suspected* of crime for your Bitcoin to be seized, or your passwords or computer storage to be confiscated
