This is wild man… 72 hours isn’t enough.
Discussion
week incoming? 👀
i dare hue
I’m not prepared.. I’d need to build up. But this is wild!! Just watching his presentation is amazing. This should’ve been plastered EVERYWHERE. This is extremely.. extremely profound research.
write all the questions you have for him down
I worked up to it… it’s dangerous and I got pretty ill two weeks after
it’s quite a shock and during the recovery process and dietary changed the body really can shut down on you for a bit
Yeah.. and she just did it without any prep or plan for after.. just decided to stop eating
Yes. And I was prepared.. reintroduced foods the right way… and still got very sick.
are any supplements recommended during fasting?
I Make my body find what it needs. Well.. I do black coffee, lemon squeeze and salt in water. That’s all
We like Himalayan sea salt and fresh lemon in mineral water.. but we also typically work up to a long fast..
24 hours - break a day
48 hours - break two days
72 hours+
We’re going balls to the wall this time and jumping head first into 72 hours
💜 am lost in dis, gn
This makes it super simple 😁

I wanna know more about the atg1 mutant from that chart. What is it exactly? And it’s colored to a normal version which dors not decline in viability right? So ratio of good cels therefore go up? 🥴
Still watching.. ATG cells are different proteins by number??
Lol i am not sure that is exactly it
I’m thinking he discovered some of these atg genes within the atg cells? It’s part of his discovery?? He has them labeled by number and said what they do, but I have no idea
Well ok these atg mutants probably produce a higher rate of unviable autophagosomes due to a fucked up atg1 protein
i wish i could understand any of this, hieroglyphics for me
Tard version... Autophagy is your body doing garbage collection. In modern life we eat too much, too often and now our bodies don’t have nearly as much chance to do garbage collection. This is bad because autophagy has been shown to reduce incidence of cancer.
There are things you can do to boost autophagy. The three I have heard about most are:
- Avoid carbs and especially sugar.
- Fast regularly. Daily intermittent fasting and also regular longer fasts.
- Sauna (check Rhonda Patrick’s content for great details here)
Hell yeah!
OKAY JEFF! 👏🏻
Welcome to #tardstr ser (we’re actually really gifted, but we disguise it under tarding)

#tardstr ^^
jeff going tard wasn’t on my bingo card for the night, but thank you so much for this 💜
i’m gonna go full tard then and display my lack of education, what are carbs? (i have 0 knowledge about anything dietary)
fortunately sauna is like a weekly thing here by culture, so i’m good in that regard 🤔
Carbs.. bread, Pasta, crackers etc.
Tardish: Carbs are a type of nutrient found in your food, like: bread, rice, pasta, fruits, and veggies. They are our main source of energy.
When we eat carbohydrates, our body breaks them down into a sugar called glucose. Glucose is then used by our cells to provide energy for things like tard spazzing, researching Nobel prize winners, memeing, running, studying, breathing.
Carbs can affect our body in different ways. They provide immediate energy for physical activities and help fuel our brain. BUT not all carbs are the same.
Theres two main types of carbs: simple and complex.
Simple carbs, like sugar and candy, are quickly digested and can give us a quick burst of energy. BUT they are not very filling and can lead to energy crashes.
Complex carbs, found in foods like whole grains, beans, and vegetables, take longer to digest. They provide a more of a steady and longer-lasting release of energy, keeping full longer.
Hope it helps. 😁
LauraGPT thank you

i think i need to start fasting asap
Let’s hurry up and fast, with haste! nostr:note1yrgytuekj649vfcfawfrc0qz0q6r5787va50z4qv37drwsr7gq9qalu8tr
why does fasting feel so slow
Bc modern society has programmed you to believe you need food throughout the day. This is false, and out of alignment. It prevents cell restoration. Our ancestors were experiencing autophagy as a lifestyle.
Hunt, eat, fast…
We have everything to readily available and the FDA has ingrained in our minds and our parents mine and up the line that we are supposed to eat 3 meals a day and follow the food pyramid guidelines. It’s all a facade.
okay i am learning new things here
i thought the 3 meal day thing was the thing, bc it just gets repeated ever since you’re a kid
Because our parents were parrots, and their parents, and the ones before that… repeating the same lies over and over again until it became culturally accurate and perceived as truth. However, it’s never been truth.. just another part of the fiat money printing corruption.
It’s the circle paradox 🫨⭕️😤
They trusted rather than verified.
Yup!
The circle paradox.
The Matrix is a story.
And this story is told over and over again every day….
The circle paradox 🔵🔴

🤐
i really need a tardGPT in my life
Keto for the win!
These seem to be involved in the process of lysis which is like slicing a cell up properly for it to die safely. Cells that don’t die right can become cancer

So they slice and dice apparently exogenous invader cells, not so much your own cells (cancer stuff). Idk shit about fuck
No.. they scrub and recycle existing cells also.
It looks like he induced starvation of nitrogen specifically? Does fasting rid the body of nitrogen? Next rabbit hole.
Yes “N-starvation” which i think is just a simple metric for “nutrients”
So he is like simulating a fasting environment
So amazing. Crazy that this isn’t blasted everywhere.
Look how much research on autophagy in cell biology….

Damn that’s a lot 😲😲😲
Did it stop in 2016 or is that just when this presentation was from
From 2016
His message to the younger generation. Also he specifically said he never thought his research in the field of autophagy would lead to research of autophagy in its relationship to cancers, which the research has now taken off.

Omg this is so good!!! “Start from nature by your eyes but not full of information.” OOOF
DETACH FROM INFORMATION AND EXPLORE YOUR CHILDLIKE WONDER! YOU KNOW NOTHING
I love this dude! 👏🏻👏🏻🔥🔥🔥
Yes wow love this guy
He said there are many other processes of autophagy that need to be explore led and discovered. I watched the cells literally die in his videos… super active, bouncing around in a nutrient rich environment and then all dead in starvation.
Amazing

I really want to see what we’re able to accomplish here… last night we’re opening lightning channels and nodin and tonight we’re working on a deep dive study of human biology, and investigating research on a novel peace prize scientist that could potentially save the world from big pharma!!!!!! 😲
This is WHY we #tardstr
Sky is the limit. Tards are the honey badger of humans.
ATG cells refer to autophagy-related cells, which are involved in autophagy. For anyone not in the know, Autophagy is a natural cellular process that helps remove damaged or unnecessary components within cells to maintain their health.
When Buddha says that ATG cells are different proteins by number, it means that there are different types of proteins involved in the autophagy process. These proteins are called ATG proteins.
Each ATG protein has a specific role in regulating and carrying out different steps of autophagy. They work together like a team to ensure that the process of autophagy is properly controlled and executed.
It all just means that there are multiple types of ATG proteins, each playing a unique role in the autophagy process to keep our cells functioning properly.
I went longggg… I can’t remember if this was the day I stopped or if it was the time I thought I’d stop then pushed longer 🤔
