This is quite unlikely to happen anytime soon. We live in a bubble. Right now that conversation % "in real life" is less than 1%, with bitcoin breaking 100k to all time highs.

In other words, I don’t think you realize how fast this can change when we break some invisible mental barrier that just makes it so it can’t be ignored anymore.

Bitcoin is only 16ish years old. You haven't been through "many cycles" either.
However, I've heard talk about how bitcoin will be what everyone is talking about since at least the 2013 cycle.
My point is we live in a bubble. You can admit it or live in denial about it. Normies are not talking about bitcoin in any meaningful way at this point of time.

Looking at my environment, I don't think the NPC will even begin to realise what bitcoin is in the next few years. They will go on with their lives without realising that we are taking over the global financial system through the back door.
