With web apps, yes use a signing extension. Native apps no.
I use amber and I neeeed nsecbunker login to both be more available, and easier to set up.
No online QR code reader can read from my computer's webcam, not sure if it is because the camera flips the image but NONE can do it. So then I use Keet to send the URI to my laptop but Keet always wants me to update before I can use it. 😡
Use localsend to send the URI to the laptop. I'll see if I can improve the QRCode
No. But, then again, I don't even really know what a remote signer is. It kind of sounds like something maybe I should be using, though, at least once I find a compelling reason to really want to keep my nsec secure.
I use amber and it works great. Don't use Nostr much on my computer but I have the nos2x extension.
