Breakfast is a total shitcoin. Intermittent fasting from dinner to lunch is infinitely better for you.

Absolutely. Your body is using that time for cell growth and healing of damaged cells. People only need breakfast because they eat carbs and sugar and are on the glucose hamster wheel.
that's what it feels like to me, and when i end up having anything for breakfast, my body ends up in shock, and my digestion system starts to feel odd and i tend to feel lethargic and just off
That’s exactly what’s going on. Breakfast also used to be a couple eggs and a couple pieces of bacon. Now it’s turned into a carbohydrate orgy, and there is no worse way to start your day.

Steak and eggs with some raw milk works great for me. Though I’d prefer a fast if the option is a bunch of carbs.

True, everyone’s a little different there. Lots of protein and you’re probably good. It seems some intermittent fasting is probably working for you though.

I think your mileage is going to vary based on your diet and when you eat, and your body's particular metabolic needs.
I have, through trial and error settled on a canteen of water when I first wake up, a cup of coffee, and then 3 hours later my 'breakfast' is a bowl of Greek yogurt.
I have little appetite the first couple hours of wakefulness even if I cut out coffee. Forcing myself to eat makes me feel slightly ill, and makes it more difficult to manage my caloric intake over the whole day.
