also, how am i supposed to have like 170 grams of protein per day? i just had 3 eggs and that's not even 20 grams lol

You’re going to feel amazing. Try to shorten your eating window and not eat at least 2 hours before sleep.
Eat to satiety and you’ll be good. Listen to your body.

What I've never understood is, how is it okay to not eat any vegetables at all? Like aren't there at least a couple vitamins that you cant get from steak and eggs alone...?
yeah for example i learned without vitamin c after a while you get scurvy (bleeding gums, death, etc)

I was 90 kilograms then started eating just steak once in a day, stop alco, running along the lake during ☀️
Dropped 15 kilograms within 2.5 months felt like a 16 year old. Stopped doing this and now I’m fat again and actually trying to do the same thing what I did last year.
