As a small business in Alberta any sort of liberal government would create much more animosity between Alberta's and the East... Here's hoping for a good outcome tonight.

I haven't done much of the research but Piere looks and sounds like a self absorbed individual with suspicious motives. Didn't seem like a good leader. IMHO of course.

The Liberal & Conservative party seem to both be driving in the same direction. One is accelerating, while the other is driving the speed limit. Voting either way brings us to the same destination.

I’d like to hear the answer to this, too. I remember Jeff saying it didn’t really matter who was in power because no politician or political party could fix a broken system/pay off the national debt etc.
Trump's influence, and Pierre's inability to quickly or effectively address Canadian's concerns regarding Trump were his downfall. Details such as constrained media access, lack of budget detail, and lack of detail in general in comparison to Carney's approach, were additional important contributors to Pierre's defeat by Mark Carney.

Can’t say? I think him playing it safe in more ways than one cost him the election. FEAR of being put in a box by doing the heavy hitter podcast tour ie Joe Rogan, talking and educating on bitcoin and going a little deeper and educating Canadians etc would have resonated with more voters and created a global buzz. People who watch the news weren’t going to vote for him anyways. He played not to lose when Trudeau was shitting the bed and didn’t / wasn’t able to shift gears fast enough or at all. Since when is operating on a lower level of consciousness the answer?
