If you don't vote for Trump or RFK you are actively voting against the Bitcoin industry in the USA.
Seems obvious but apparently not to everyone.

Yeah, not obvious to me.
Some say voting is working against Bitcoin, I'm certain that, trusting politicians is working against ₿itcoin
If you’re using the bitcoin network and are here on nostr reading this message, then vote for John Smith for all I care - you’re voting for the bitcoin industry. 🫡
Please do not be a simp for politicians!
FUCK'EM'ALL
I approve this message. ☝️
Fuck’em all indeed! With barbed wire-wrapped rebar dipped in creosote.
I'm not American, I can't vote. I wouldn't vote for either of them. Many of you have completely caved over politicians. Fragility at it's finest.
Sure you can rebuttal with politics care about you even if you don't care about it; but that's for me to accept not for you to dictate.
Funny how some Bitcoiners turn into dictators to push "Progress".
Even funnier when considering that both candidates tried to murder the whole population with their poisons.
American population = traitors to themselves
If bitcoin needs one politician in office vs another one in order to work then it deserves to die.
You are proof that pandering works.
Mornin Daniel

I'm writing in Humpty Dumpty. To sit on the wall and watch the king's horses and men not be able to put him back together again.

If you vote for anyone else than Jill Stein you're actually voting for war, genocide and rape.
Isn't there also Cornel West?
If you vote for RFK (and not for Trump) you are actively voting against the Bitcoin industry in the USA.
Seems obvious but apparently not to everyone.
No doubt
I'm not american but I sure hope that you guys have a bitcoiner as President.
Nico, I respect and appreciate you, but this is not the way.
Trump doesn't understand Bitcoin, and he's only saying what he's saying so he can get your vote.
RFKjr understands Bitcoin, but he's not on the ballot in enough states to win enough electoral college votes to become president. A vote for him is essentially the same thing as not voting at all...except that you're still bending over for the current system.
Even if Trump really grokked Bitcoin, or even if RFKjr could win, voting for one guy in a massively corrupt system filled with corrupt people who you will never vote for or see, is a waste of time at best. Bitcoin already realigns incentives and starves the money printing beast. Everything else (good leaders, good laws, etc) is naturally downstream of that, and if politicians want to fight against that, it'll only be to their detriment.
But, as nostr:npub1sn0wdenkukak0d9dfczzeacvhkrgz92ak56egt7vdgzn8pv2wfqqhrjdv9 said at the Nashville conference: go ahead and vote for whoever you want to vote for, but make sure you don't join a cult.
Be careful, Nico. You're flirting with cult territory.
If KKKamala wins we will have nukes flying
And if you don't wear a mask and get the jab, you're gonna kill grandma. 🙄
Whether it's masks and gene therapy on one side, or voting for Trump in order to keep Kamala out on the other side, they're both fear tactics to manipulate us. And I refuse to make a decision like this based on fear (I'm far from perfect with that, of course, but when I catch myself about to make a choice based on fear, I usually try to stop).
Maybe you're right, or maybe you're wrong. Maybe the deep state will make nukes fly even if Trump is elected. Maybe Kamala wins (God forbid), and other people in positions of power keep nukes from flying despite her efforts. 🤷♂️
The point is that none of us know the future, but we do know the past and the present. And making definitive statements like "nukes will fly if Kamala wins," when we actually don't know, is exactly the kind of cultish behavior that Edward Snowden warned us about. So let's focus on what we 𝘥𝘰 know, and let go of what we don't.
I am proudly in the cult of logic, thank you very much. Regardless of how we anarchists feel about it, the Statists WILL go forward with the US.gov "selection" this year.
Current administration: no big deal to attack Moscow with US weapons
Kamala = current administration
Trump/MAGA-first nationalists: change in policy appearance
Looking to die from another vaccine and new mandates? Didn't learn the first time? Do you have a death wish?
Pfffft. The greatest trick the devil ever played was convincing contrarians that anti-establishment is the same thing as pro-authoritarian.
The numbers on this post are the nostr equivalent of being ratioed.
Maybe RFK, but Trump isn’t going to help Bitcoin.
Who gives a fuck
You’re not deep enough down the 🐇 hole yet. Watch the movie “the Jones plantation”, or…nostr:note1rwd7ghztggz8qd6ulm396y4tvwvwxwj6gaa6h5uwd45r0z3supmqurvrd5
While I agree on the “one issue vote” and the fact that these are the only pro bitcoin candidates (really RFK feels like the only one with any sense of what this is or why it matters), I don’t ascribe to the “not voting is a vote for the other guy” concept.
As someone who wants a pro-bitcoin USA, I still haven’t decided if I’m voting. If I was going the “single issue” route though it would have to be RFK
Yeah, but RFKjr isn't on the ballot in enough states to win the necessary electoral college votes to win. So unless there's a 𝘮𝘢𝘴𝘴𝘪𝘷𝘦 push to write his name in, he has absolutely no chance to win. 🫤
I hope I'm overlooking something, though...
Not obvious at all. Step outside of the matrix. Bitcoin is as close to institutions as it will ever be.
Seperate state and money. Retard.
So I guess you want Ross to stay in prison and for lightning companies to continue fleeing the US right?
And just like that I no longer use bitcoin well. Your statement is insulting. If I was American I would vote trump, by the way.
There are far more important things that will and can contribute to the success of Bitcoin than voting for a President.
Bitcoin is not an industry.

don't vote.
this is quite certainly not obvious

the dems are just payinh lip service to the BTC community. thay are simply trying to get your vote at zero cost, first you vote for them, then won't do anything for you. maybe ir will cost them the election if they undeerestimate the btc voting community
A vote for Trump supports TrumpCoin and the family shitcoins and scams. Bitcoin doesn’t need presidents. Everything helps Bitcoin
