How much time takes to a link that I post in a nostr client show in satcom extension? I ask because I did this test and I even reloaded the page but the comment still do not appear on satcom.
Not all nostr client attach URL in “r” tag.

This is truly a brilliant idea. Hopefully one day this will be built into every web browser by default.

Got you covered. In the settings, you can choose icon position top or bottom.
Also in the settings, can hide the icon if not needed.

satcom posts you comments as kind 1 notes with links to the commented web site/host. So it's just one note in the global feed. If the link preview does not relate to your comment, users of other clients might not get what you are talking about.

SATCOM is much like the old Dissenter chrome extension. I wonder if it will be banned from the chrome store much like Dissenter
Got the screening approved for now. If we know what violation dissenter had, we can avoid that.
No violation was made other than not censoring content. It was made by Gab and advertised itself as free speech "comment section of the internet"
Very cool. One question: Won't these notes show up in a "normal" client feed with absolutely no context?
They will show up on “normal client feed”, and the context is the URL you’re commenting on or sharing is also attached in the notes, so users on all clients can reply to you, and direct them to the website you’re referring to.
