Not sure if true but looks like a good measure

“These are the standards that define

the top 10% in speed, strength, and endurance:

- Run a mile in under 7 minutes

- Sprint 400m in under 1:15

- Sprint 100m in under 14 seconds

- Back Squat 1.5x your bodyweight

- Deadlift 2x your bodyweight

- 15 consecutive pull-ups

- 40 consecutive push-ups”

Nice

I don’t think I’ve ever done any of those even in my youth lmfao

Never tested myself as a runner but the weights, pull-ups and pushups are doable.

Never been able to do pull-ups not once… never really was a fast runner more of a long distance runner…

I prefer distance running too.

If you want to do pull ups, doing negatives help build up strength.

To much lingo involved for me to understand lmfao I’ll pass

Lol okay.

It is just starting at the top and slowly lowering yourself down

I would adjust squat to 2x

And dead lift to 2.5x

How many reps per set?

I was thinking one rep max.

The only thing on this list that looks too easy is back squat.

For Front squat that’s a good metric tho

I've only done 3 of these. 7 minute mile, 15 pull ups, and 40 pushups.

I would say 7 minute mile is high, but maybe that is top 10%
