these things are not good tasting.
it's unusual to get raw milk out here,
but we can buy it in california. and its delicious.
:)
it's all fake processed bullshit, it's cool you can get raw milk tho!
What alternate option would you recommend? Vegan? Isolate?
honestly I would recommend anyone to be vegan... I would just recommend meat, eggs and dairy
are you vegan?
wouldn't****
I’m not, I have a pretty balanced diet, animal and plant based. But I do take protein powder (isolate) since I workout almost everyday
Drop the plants and you're on to a winner
No plants? Why?
some people believe they have too many defense chemicals and they are harmful for humans
That’s interesting. I will take a look into it. I’m a big believer in “listen to your body” for the moment I feel great with my diet, but I’ve never tried a meat, eggs, diary only diet. I will try to do it for a whole month this year and see how I feel.
me too! definitely, always listen to your body and see how you feel
I mean I workout everyday too but I really don't think they're needed
That’s interesting. Thank you for sharing your perspective. I’ll definitely check if I’m getting enough proteins without the protein shake. I might save some money 🤑
I concur, your diet only needs meat, eggs and fat to thrive

😅 ( not a vegan ) 😅
respectfully, this brand has been a nutrition supplement of mine for years and being plagued with heavily overactive thyroids I need about 4,000 calories in the morning BEFORE breakfast just to maintain my weight.
You may not like it, for others raw protein is one of few alternative to having their thyroids removed and then take hormones instead.
Because they need protein in their diet and sometimes need to supplement protein without cholesterol
but why, I think this only makes you unhealthy in the long term... no way your body "needs" this
There is no substitute for natural, additive free protein, but people have different dietary requirements for different fitness and weight-loss/gain goals, nevermind other health objectives.
I guess but I think eating when you're hungry/stopping when you're full and eating whole foods should be the regular diet for achieving health
💯💯💯
I agree
Depends on your location objectives.
I’m on an 8/16 fasting schedule and eating less than normal, but that will shift in 2-3 months… as my objectives change
Dietary* onjectives
Not location.
oh nice, that's pretty similar to me, I usually eat one meal a day or one meal and a little snack a little before sleeping so it's kind of a 20 hour fast or something like that
and my one meal a day is usually eggs and/or meat, some fruit and a little bit of bread (my snack is usually fruit with honey and yogurt)
Couple hard boiled eggs, hormone/antibiotic free protein and vegetables, fish, some rice in the side, that’s about it (outside of travel days, like today, then I eat w/e is in front me.
Fruit and yogurt is great too. But you’re in Europe and there are many more options without additives compared to all the processed food w/chemicals here in the USA
oh nicee, I like your choices
yeah, travel days are always different for me too (plus I'm def a foodie and I like to try new food hahahah)
I've heard about glyphosate in food in the US and how bad it is... I'm really sorry 😞
Depends on your definition of health. Makes it easier (and often cheaper) to hit protein goals. Not much out there saying it's good or bad.
