I'd check out the top 10 and take it as prophylaxis, along with healthy food, exercise and fasting (Fasting triggers the stem cells to regenerate the body.).

Apparently good gut health can help everything. Kiefer and Kumbatcha every day 🧘‍♂️

Make sure you are getting enough rest and sunlight.

Mass doses of vitamin C works for me. couple of grams per day if your body can tolerate that much. You'll know if you go over because you will be in the bathroom on the toilet. Just back off until you are not in the bathroom. I buy ascorbic acid powder from Bulk Supplements, get a kilo at a time and fill up a tiny mason jar and work from that. It's really sour and kicks like a mule. Wash it down with water. Do not have sugar within 1/2 hour of ingestion, pre or post. I combine with daily Max For Men multi vitamin. Those two in combination will change your life.

Maybe I'm weird, but that stuff just makes me break out.

Drink milk?

What does that do?

Used to drink like half a gallon a day, but have abstained for many years. Still have some whole milk yogurt from time to time though.

I was raised on the stuff as a kid, loved milk. Had terrible acne until I quit dairy ( except for butter & eggs). Everybody's system is a bit different I guess.

Vitamin C makes my brain clearer instantly in the form I take it. I have no bad side effects luckily.

Yeah, I generally don't have much problem with acne, but whenever I take vitC my skin seems to dislike it.

Oranges also notably bad for skin and full of Vit C. It’s strange

Eat steak, eggs, & oysters.

Cook with grass fed beef tallow.

Take bromelain & quercetin w food.

Take vit D in the mornings.

Drink Figi (silica) water.

Get sun & proper sleep.

this & don't forget beef liver

Liver seemed to have negative effects for me. Sluggishness maybe from too much VitA. Supposedly chicken liver could work, but I think oysters cover anything not already obtained from eggs & steak.

I do small amounts and in desiccated pill form because, even though I've been cooking most of my life and have made liver in many different ways, I don't like the taste and it can be such a trouble to keep fresh.

Jeff gets it.

Cold showers or ice baths, carnivore, and Wim Hof breathing

Vitamin c ,multivitamins , probiotics, electrolytes, with detox 👍

Vitamin D supplements seem to improve my track record, but hard to say… feel better, man.

Eat more fresh fruits and vegetables.

I use 1 drop for every 10lbs of body weight, twice a day w/ extra water.

Less vaccines? 🤷‍♂️

+1

Cold plunges, sauna, resistance training, animal fats, SLEEP

Sleep, exercise, real food and vitamins

Stop taking medicine unless you absolutely need it. If you let your body’s immune system heal on its own, it will get stronger over time. Sickness is like a good workout for your immune system.

Also cut out the seed oils and processed sugar

Aside from the obvious like better sleep, reducing/stopping alcohol, avoiding nsaids, exercise, good nutrition, consider a high cfu probiotic with multiple strains. I like Thorne products
