nostr.wine (checkout the site, and the filter/broadcast relay). It’s been working great for me so far
They are so cheap, just send a few sats to several of them and add them.

What is the advantage of a paid relay?
Paid relays only upload content from paying users. So if you disable the global feed from all other relays, then what you see will basically be spam free. Plus you show up in the global feed of other paying users who might want to follow you.
