Upper body strength training focused mostly on shoulders, cycling intervals and some stretching. You?

When was your last leg day?
5 Days ago, mixed with HIIT. 4 on biceps and back.
You got enough rest for the legs. Then again could go both ways: 4 is also enough for biceps and back. I would go for legs but up to you really
agreed, mixing in intervals has made it tougher on leg days, still figuring that out but I'll probably go legs
Everyday should be leg day.
