I drink a lot of water so I donβt find that shocking
I never measure it but Iβm pretty sure I drink that a day
Itβs honestly not too hard when you break it down. Thatβs approximately 230ml an hour which is tiny, depending on the size of your mouth thatβs one to two gulps an hour! Assuming you are up for 16hrs :)
That is a myth. It depends on the person and also depends of how well your cells absorb the water. You can drink 4 L and pee 3.5 and your cells will still be trusty.
500ml enough
We all do when it's hot weathy, but we keep forgetting to hydrate when it's cold.
It's easy if you drink trough out the day in small units. I don't think many plebs do that but yes, it is possible.
That's excessive π΅βπ« Also, ELEcTRoLyTes needed for absorbion π§π₯ππ»
I donβt understand the hype around electrolytes. Does it helpful at all?
Cells need salts for water to penetrate. π€·π»
No need for store-bought, good seasalt etc. will do. I notice that it takes the thirst away better π

Is this that one number from a very old study? If so, that is a number that represents *all liquid intake*, so juice from apples, moisture from vegetables, etc., everything.
It was never meant to represent only consumption of water as a drink.
I googled it. So have no idea. Thatβs why I asked
Well, however much value you put in this, let me point out a counter fact you should also be aware of: there is such a thing as water intoxication, where drinking too much water destroys a balance within your cells. It's actually dangerous.
So however much you want to "hydrate" your body, don't force it.
