My wife got wrist surgery. Her plate gets removed after 12 months.

Broke it in 3 places, called a trimalleolar break!
Dr said down the track I can remove it if I want, but kinda like the bionic theme.

I get it. Iβve smashed my right ankle twice badly and now it sprains easily and I immediately get that fuck my life I canβt do anything for a while depression. But it passes and youβll get through it.
Yeah itβs difficult when youβre so used to doing everything and being so mobile and in an instant it all gets taken away from you.

I feel your pain! I had multiple screws, a plate, and a bar put into my ankle to put it back together back in 2012. Took a very long time to heal, and was frankly an awful experience. Today though, I can walk normally, and the scar is barely visible anymore. Heal up, and do your physical therapy!

Yes Iβm doing my little exercises but also taking it easy and listening to it.

It was probably a solid year before I would say I was back to normal. I fell on ice and absolutely shattered things and dislocated it at the same time. Best exercise I did to help things along was just going up and down on tiptoe as many reps as I could at a time. You will get there!

I had them inserted in both femurs to keep them stable after 12 fractures on each side.
Back then I was in wheelchair. Then, I started to exercise and rebuilt my bone density to excellent health!

If you use your thumbs to massage the blue area, the blue goes away.
The blue is just blood with low oxygen stranded, when you massage it it goes away and the normal blood with oxygen replaces it.
Do the movement as to wash it away
O have tried it with other bruises, but don't press too much as to feel pain
