Its a good idea to take a boxing class.
Even if you are terrible or ripped, it will still be an intense workout. And if you decide to spar, getting safely punched in the head is a good experience; it shows you what its like to be thumped and once you get thumped, you get instantly better at taking a hit and recovering.

2. How old is the oldest instructor and is he / she all fucked up from training? Fat, cheeseburger sensei/grandmaster?
3. Do they make you sign a 6 month contract up front? Big red flag! That means their students get injured and spend most of the time off the mat.
4. Watch the kids class. Are they teaching kids to be thugs?
5. Do the senior students brag, show clout or name dropped too much? Big ego is a bad sign.
6. Do they accept #Bitcoin cash and precious metals?
