Happens to me all the time too, just scrolling along and I see that I liked something.
Not sure how it could be. It just caches the url to the image, not the image itself. Happy to add a cache clearing button somewhere if you think it’s worth a shot though.

No, because we only get the link to the gif from the relay. After that we’re using Kingfisher (third-party image view SDK) to load it. I hate using third-party SDKs for UI, but I haven’t spent the time to see if there’s a better way or not. Kingfisher is pretty popular with iOS devs though. ¯\_(ツ)_/¯
Can also side-load on Mac. You don’t have to distribute your app through the store.
Made the requested changes to this PR. A new object called RelayModel now owns the log and the RelayMetadata. The log is now an ObservedObject of the view rather than a StateObject.

This PR adds relay logging to the RelayDetailView.
Features:
* list of events, most recent at the top
* shows changes to RelayConnection's state
* shows changes to network state
* RelayDetailView updates live as lines are added to the log
* logs persisted to disk for later investigation
* line limit prevents unbounded file growth

I just realized while trying to log in on a computer why the Damus app wouldn't let me post. There was nothing anywhere in that app explaining that because I had used the public key I couldn't post (it DOES make sense after knowing that that's why but I wasn't given this info on that client.)

Did you try using the Time Profiler Instrument to find out specifically what was slow about it? Might be optimizable. Is this parsing being done on the main queue?
Maybe Apple’s Natural Language framework could help here. It can tokenize text in many languages and determine word boundaries.
