Jack do you know anyone that’s using one? Curious what they have to say (and which apps are available on there)
Got the 3 kid biking system hooked up today, thanks to some neighbors that donated.
The oldest can learn how to pedal on the 2nd bike and the youngins can ride in the trailer

Yea I hook up systems like this for clients all the time.
At this point you’re better off going to an irrigation supply store or ordering online. The timers and splitters from lowes and HD almost always break (especially if you live in a place where it freezes at all)
“Most political types agree that he doesn’t pose a serious threat to Biden, but that doesn’t mean he’s not a nuisance who’s pushing dangerous ideas with no basis in reality.” Lol.
Garbage article, they must be legitimately worried about him challenging Biden. They certainly won’t let him debate RFK cause people would see the reality of who is “running” the country
God I had a few gardening clients that literally said this before we did a walk through outside.
Always caught me off guard 🤦‍♂️
I put 1/4” hardware mesh around all walls, floor, ceiling to keep rats and snakes out. Not sure what you have to contend with there though.
I try to do the 4’ wide rolls and put trim over all overlaps. We had raccoons pull apart the overlaps with zip ties and claim some chickens in older designs.
Good luck!
Love the pink ones!
We have a bunch of rescue Turks caps from clients gardens after they decided they wanted a different plant.
Since our young sons learned the flowers were edible they’ve gone to town on them
So far it’s one of the only that hasn’t succumbed to the devil vine borer. The stalks are more woody than any other I’ve seen (hopefully will not allow it to bore).
If I get some good seed from it I’m happy to share some for next season
Tromboncino squash growers out there: do you guys harvest when it’s young like this or let it mature?
Not sure if I’ll be able to get it out of the cattle panel without cutting if I let it get too big. Will probably give it a few more days but wanted to see what y’all think

Here’s some new housing innovation happening down the street from us in the city.
Texas heat is no joke
#exitandbuild
Not exactly a subscription but for me it’s Reddit. Especially as they get greedy and overprice things for the 3rd party apps.
Now I’m on Nostr for about 10-15 mins a day which is reasonable imo
Well looks like you sold them all lol.
The 2 packs are still available for $13 though
Nice! Yea it’s a balancing act of wanting some air gap to dissipate heat from the roof and creating a sail for the wind to catch lol
I’m using 2 rails of the thinner unistrut with 5 inch lag screws going into every rafter.
I don’t have any equations but think the reinforcements should be sufficient. Generally I tend to overdo it so I never have to mess with it again
That makes a lot of sense. Tell him thank you!
I’m going to run this string as 9 in series, another 9, one 7 and one 6. Hopefully I can combine the 9&6 to one inverter and the 9&7 to the other with no problem.
I’ll probably run them to a 4-2 combiner box for lightning protection, fuses and disconnects.
Looks like watts24/7 has decent combiner boxes. If he has other suggestions please lmk.
Thanks again!
Solar peeps out there:
I have a section of roof that will take 9 panels. The 3 at the end are shaded by trees more than the other 6 til the late afternoon.
Should I run them separately as a string of 3 in series and the other 6 in series, then parallel those with branch connectors?
Just do the 9 together and accept the overall loss while those 3 are shaded? Or something that I’m not thinking of?
There are 3 other sections of roof that are more straight forward with 6-9 panels per string. They’ll all meet in a combiner box and run to (2) 6500w Inverter/charge controllers if that makes any difference. Thanks for any help!

Those tromboncinos are fast climbers! I planted a few less than a month ago and they’re already taller than me
#grownostr #catladder
Seeded and transplanted a bunch of these in my clients gardens this year.
How do you typically use them? Stir fry?
Man I feel you. We lived in a camper on a funky property for a few years and the owner had a flock of them that nested in the tree above us.
Every minute of lost sleep made me want to murder them more.
They are pretty good alarm systems for snakes and other predators though
I think you gotta copy/paste his pub key after the @
