The absolutely killshot would be if i could start my mutiny service in start9 OS, not have it open in a browser, and be zap zap zapping via nostr wallet connect all day without having to open Mutiny. I know that might not be possible but if that is somehow possible...would make it incredible.

If you are interested in local use cases for nostr, relay.tools + nostrudel.ninja is probably the best combo for a private relay that you host and include friends / family / community. I just tested it out, the private relay allows you to whitelist npubs to allow them to write messages on the relay. The setup proces for the relay was easy and intuitive. The cost is manageable especially if costs were shared (21000 sats / month...about $8 / month). And the on-boarding experience for nostrudel.ninja allows a user to bootstrap their nsec with just the private relay, which will minimize gobal nostr stuff bleeding into the experience. Nostrudel.ninja is also just one of the more feature rich and better functioning clients out there so your friends / family will find the use-experience great if it's their first time with nostr (most likely is). It's what I'll be using for mine π

What browser extension do mac users use with nostr ? Or do macs not have extensions with nsec signer ?

If you arent gonna be renting hash to augment your mining and get yourself to 1 millions sats mined, the exit fees for withdrawing from pool are a real kick in the behind. So id recommend augmenting your mining periodically in braiins with hash power purchased from rigly.io... otherwisr just yolo and solo mine with https://www.solo.ckpool.org/
