People have been eating bread for more than 10,000 years, and now, in less than a decade, it seems like everyone is suddenly allergic to glyphosate

My heart went to my toes in the first sentence. I'm thanking the Lord for your nephew's safety.

I think that concept has died politically. The local democrats sound like 2016 Trump in their campaign ads. Their policies that they try to implement are fatally flawed, but their current rhetoric is playing to the fact that Average Joe Everyman wants a country with sovereign borders.
Opinions ???

Still want to know who thought adding 15,000 people to a town of 60,000 people would go off alright. Allegations of pet eating aside, I'd hate to need emergency medical care.

My in-laws had a field day yesterday and Pete Kennedy (formerly of Farm to Consumer Legal Defense Fund) gave a talk on the history of raw milk, food safety FUD and food freedom. Raw milk is real. The other stuff just ain't.
Son from across the ditch, chopping teasle: "Pa! I'm over here! It's your best friend Davey!" *name changed

It was a hard slog for us (mostly my wife since I'm at work most of their waking hours). Eventually it just clicked, first the 1s, eventually the 2s. My wife's family (mom and 3 sisters in law) all said "they'll get it when they're ready," I guess my MIL thought my oldest brother in law would be going to kindergarten in diapers. So it must be an age old fight
Gm. Sorry for your loss
#gm. Christ died to save sinners. Christ rose to conquer death. Blessed is the name of the Lord.
Happy Sunday frens
Crenellations strike again.
The "With Doom We Come" album almost gives me AOE2 soundtrack vibes (a compliment, I love that soundtrack).
I listened to this yesterday
there's a bit of discussion about metal vocals as voice acting rather than singing, I feel like that comes through in the almost narrative delivery of the lyrics in the songs I've hit so far. Cool stuff
