I may not be doing 144 push-ups a day after the challenge is over, but I will definitely include consistent push-ups in my exercise routine.

Private relay means it's just storage my own notes or also other people have access to it? I still don't get it how it's working all together.
What is the benefit of my own relay?
So for example if I have my own relay and somebody is spamming or make inappropriate notes I have to moderate the notes?
