What’s LMK?
What I’m trying is kind of a low-carb diet with some twists here and there. Prior, I was vegan (WFPB) for 7 years and even did paleo before that.
All I can say is to experiment and see for yourself. I had years of unresolved health issues, including intestines inflammation and severe migraines. The diet Darko suggests is the first thing that seems to be helpful for my condition. Especially water with grey sea salt as a staple is a game changer and made a lot of sense to me.
