Started fixing my electric scooter battery. Idea was to identify the faulty cell. Turns out I burned out a fuse from my multimeter 😅 not sure what went wrong exactly... DC mode, red spike on metallic connector plate and black connector on the plate next to black wire. There was a spark, then I sat about 30 mins wondering what the hell went wrong.
Now I try to figure out how to do this properly so my wife won't tell me I can't do this shit anymore 😂😂😅
From what I understand it's a custodial wallet, I'm looking for a more decentralized option. Wallet of satoshi seems very good otherwise, easy to use and fast to operate.
I'm thinking of getting a better lightning wallet. Been using wallet of satoshi, but I've now learned that is not the most secure way to go.

Last night I had one of my proudest moments as a Bitcoiner… one of my colleagues (who I orange-pilled) was able to orange-pill another physician! The second doc texted me today to get advice. He is ready to dive in and buy ₿ to put into cold storage for long-term savings (he currently holds some on Robinhood).
That's potentially hundreds of millions of sats getting pulled off exchanges in the next few weeks/months🔥

He understands the difference between custodial and non-custodial solutions. He’s avoiding the hard shitcoinery lessons that many of us have experienced, and is on his way to becoming a maxi.
Ultimately, I will help him get to a place where he uses cold storage for long-term savings, non-custodial lightning for some spending money, and a small amount of custodial lightning for now, since it is the best solution to seamlessly onboard, get a lightning address, and use on #Nostr. When non-custodial solutions catch up, I will recommend them.

All it took for me was to realize what other people can do with my data. I used to think "well I've got nothing to hide" and just rolled with it. Now I use physical security keys and never give out my real e-mail to anyone I dont know. All I need to do still is to eliminate the threat to my phone number, but I'm working on it.

I personally prefer pistols that have an external safety and hammer. I used to have an M9, was a reliable gun. Only downside with that was that the hammer would decock if safety was engaged.
Also have some experience with Sigs, think I might go down that route when I buy my next 9mm pistol.

Impossible to predict. I would probably sleep a lot to make time go faster, but it would still turn me into a depressed potato. After couple of months I predict I would start to question my choices.

When I was a kid, I always wanted to build an RC submarine. Now I finally can.
I'm currently 3D-modelling a mockup to test how much pressure the PLA plastic shell can take. After that I plan on improving the design, adding electronics and taking it for a proper dive to the bottom of the lake.
