Even if you implement nostr “perfectly” according to nostr:npub180cvv07tjdrrgpa0j7j7tmnyl2yr6yr7l8j4s3evf6u64th6gkwsyjh6w6 , you would still get empty profiles and threads when you run into the fact these smaller relays go down all the time.

“maxing” an oldschool runescape account is notoriously hard, only the sweatiest of gamers dedicating hundreds of days of play time can pull it off. This is because 1 to 99 is almost an exponential curve. Getting level 92 is only half way to 99, and 92 is quite difficult to achieve, not to mention for all skills.
It has become somewhat of a nostalgic goal for a lot of gamers who played runescape as a kid, which is why it is still popular today 20+ years later.
I have a fun app idea where you use the same leveling curve but for personal and fitness goals. Max your real character instead.
Walking and moving around would give you some base xp/hr, like maybe 10k xp per hour. This is pretty standard for a low effort skill grind in osrs. Running and hiking could be 50k xp/hr. 99 is 13 million experience. Hook it into apple watch to count this xp automatically.
Gotta gamify it to get sweaty gamers to go touch grass. Habitica exists but I want the runescape grind 😆 maybe I’m weird.

First test with the faraday bag seemed to work well. It blocked a phone call. I’m a bit weary of the mechanism used to close the bag, it folds over twice into a velcro seal. I can see accidental leaks happening if its not closed properly. Will keep testing.

Individual users can’t fake zaps. Zaps are sent by zappers (usually alby, lightning nodes, wallet of satoshi, etc). They can fake zaps if they want to. They don’t because people would treat them as non-trustworthy and people would switch away from them.
Probably because it’s too big? nostr build has size limits and we don’t compress locally yet.
The rush is to make it usable in a high fee environment, not to enable eth use cases. The risk of not changing it is high if L2s break and L1s are too expensive to use.

You are misunderstanding. Noone can reuse encrypted mutes, they are encrypted to your pubkey and can only be seen by you. Public mutes (what everyone uses today) are way worse and sounds like what you are describing. Although i believe the individual should be able to use any mute lists they want if they are public.
