I think massadoption will likely come via easy to use applications/interfaces and integration in existing applications and processes.
Nostr is a great example as it combines usecase with btc integration that feels native, easy to use.
I do still expect growth coming from more and more people understanding btc and going down the rabbit hole. But hyperbitcoinisation won't be coming from that...

I'm of the opinion that people don't challenge their believes/thinking because it will show plainly the cognitive dissonance, which they can't mentally handle... Their ego protects them from it by adopting "Stockholm syndrom" behavour. Hence, so many are sheep but make them believe they are wolfs.

Not everyone advocating for content "moderation", which sounds benign, understands that.
Altough, those who do and continue are evil, the silent uninformed/believing majority usually decides at the poll π.
Big change does always come as a "surprise" to most people. If they had heard about it (e.g. btc) they either did not understand it and followed the public opinion or they thought it would take longer so they could jump on later still.
Big change (aka. real innovation that improves life for a majority of people significantly) appears usually as a "hockey stick" moment.
Gradually, then suddenly....
We can only really move on if we hold those accountable that forced the Vax upon society that never was safe nor effective, else it will happen again.
There is double digit excess death rates in some countries (e.g. UK). Why isn't there a solid inquiry to figure it out? That's what we all should want to know. If it was the Virus then the Vax did nor work, else even worse.
Lots of unanswered questions that need to be cleared up and people held accountable. Then we can truely move on as society.

It all starts with leading by example. It's an underappreciated behaviour to influence/lead people in my experience.

The more litter there already is the more likley people will put even more litter. Reason is that they feel that the place is already littered, hence their litter does not matter/change it. If there was no litter, adding litter would stand out and they felt all eyes on them, so they are less likley to put litter.

Yea.. Kind of difficult to get through. The boomers/older gen did pretty much build the system and benefited from it.
But I wonder how they think the sovereign debt burden of >120% (US) will get resolved. This question might trigger a good discussion.
Because your dad might realize that his pension is in bonds too which will lose purchasing power when they implement the financial repression playbook (aka. Inflate away the debt via real negative rates).
