Does anyone have experience setting up DATUM on startOS to be accessed remotely by a miner (not on the same home network)?

I have DATUM for my home machine now but I want to see if I can construct block templates for hosted miners as well, without exposing my start9 to attack of course.

And for safety best practices, assuming I can do this at all, should I attempt to run a standalone DATUM node for my hosted miners, to ensure I don't expose my home network to attacks?

Sex work can be liberating for some. It is no panacea, nothing is aside from natural law.

Oh, I'm sure her owner would think of something to lodge in there...

Fascinating. From the perspective of the kid not knowing the lengths to which parents will go to support a lie or lie to themselves, or perpetuate something they think is productive but is actually counterproductive, it could be far more likely that Santa actually exists.

When I suspected that he didn't exist and then confirmed it from my friend who was a year older than me, I chose to believe that a version of him actually did exist: that the market of parents and guardians getting things for their kids and surprising them with stuff they actually want, is the real Santa Claus. Most kids don't end up with a creative solution like that and grow bitter though. It does serious damage, and the kid, hopefully, learns to not trust but to verify. Though it seems most people get so pessimistic that they take the easy way out and believe the next hundred lies they're told about how the world works and how they cab supposedly achieve happiness in it by following the prescribed patterns.

That all cops are bad or all cops are evil.

I made lots of stupid mistakes and committed to things that were questionable or suboptimal. Doesn't make me a bad person in any meaningful way. This narrative about cops is a useless distraction at best, frankly.

That's heavy man

The wise interlocutor says little and observes much, especially when others are speaking, despite his ability to speak verbosely on any topic. This is a skill I am attempting to develop.

Narcissism looks like competence to those who don't fully understand. That is why narcissists often become leaders and competent people are often called arrogant for merely stating facts.

That's fucking badass! I've long admired the concept behind Plan9. I love the simplicity of UNIX and UNIXlikes that follow that philosophy of keeping things small, modular, and composable. All the best complexity stems from simple and well-tailored building blocks. Just like how an economy suffers from centrally planned, monolithic, clever designs, so too do computers and the cultures surrounding them.

Those who don't see it, like Microsoft shareholders, they off themselves from their undeserved positions of power, which is excellent to see too.
