Totally. Previously I used Apple Music and I noticed the quality difference straight away moving to YT Music - just wasn’t as good.

Now I notice the difference again going from YT Music to flac files from the CD rips!

I use YT Music as I have YT Premium.

But recently have been recollecting CDs and ripping them into my Plex Server and using Plex Amp. Works a treat.

I get that, but I’m running BTC core server natively in macOS, only installed StartOS via UTM as VM to setup Alby Hub.

So 128GB is a waste after the fact.

Knowing now it’s only a “recommendation” rather than a requirement as the documentation says, I would have only set it up as 32GB and saved a bunch.

I would have thought loosing remote access to your wallet (ie not being able to view, spend or receive funds) would be classified as a critical fix. 🤷🏻‍♂️

If so, the documentation should be updated as it says…

“Minimum requirement is 128GB”

I don’t understand why nostr:npub126ntw5mnermmj0znhjhgdk8lh2af72sm8qfzq48umdlnhaj9kuns3le9ll requires you to use up 128GB of space as a minimum for its #StartOS.

I’ve got nostr:npub1getal6ykt05fsz5nqu4uld09nfj3y3qxmv8crys4aeut53unfvlqr80nfm & Nostr Relay installed and running and only using 1.2% of disk space (1.43GB).

When you only have 256GB in your host, Mac Mini, that’s insane.

Learned about the discontinued DIVX disc format recently. Not to be confused with the video CODEC.

Major selling points were being able to “purchase” a movie/disc, take it home and watch it like a rental (watch it multiple times within 48hrs), never have to return it, have the ability to rent it again or buy it (pay to play model) or just throw away the disc.
